This presidency is a sick and twisted joke. The leader of the free world uses Twitter to spark controversy and drama. He is a conspiracy theorist who tells “alternate facts” instead of leading the country.
Lately in a not so subtle effort to distract from the on going investigation on himself he tweeted out that former President Obama wire taped Trump Tower to spy on him during the election.
He said “How low has President Obama gone to tapp my phones during the very sacred election process. This is Nixon/Watergate. Bad (or sick) guy!” He then proceeded to call for an investigation on this matter with no proof whatsoever.
He has consistently berated Obama in his tweets; imagine if Obama had done the same thing, there would have been a public uproar.
Instead of acting like a President who is supposed to be looked up to and is supposed to lead by example he is acting like a teenager who has discipline problems. I feel bad comparing him to a teenager because I have never met a teenager as bad as Trump.
By the time I finish this article he will probably have tweeted again about a new and entirely different scandal.
He calls the media “fake news”, complains about how they do not speak the truth about him, and then proceeds to put out his own fake news via Twitter. At this point, does anyone take him seriously?
His distraction techniques will not work forever. There is already an investigation going on that is not going to be distracted by tweets.
